Green Spaces for Wellbeing is designed to help improve physical and mental health and wellbeing. The programme is for adults to help people improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing through a range of weekly activities. These activities range from simple nature walks, wildlife friendly gardening to wildlife surveys and creative workshops. Green Spaces for wellbeing is a friendly and welcoming group that can help people to build their confidence, get physically active, meet people locally, discover different interests, practice mindfulness, learn new skills, and give back to their local community.
This programme offers 12 weeks of sessions, with one 2-hour session weekly in Crewe and Macclesfield. You can attend whichever session best matches your interest.
