About Us

GHR Primary Care Network (PCN) sits within Cheshire East Place and consists of three surgeries: Grosvenor Medical Centre and Gresty Brook Surgery, Hungerford Medical Centre, and Rope Green Medical Centre. We provide care to over 43,000 patients across Crewe and work locally with community mental health teams, social care, pharmacy, hospital, and voluntary services to care for local patients. By building and developing partnerships across the practices and other care providers we aim to provide innovative and responsive care across all of Crewe. With Crewe being such a diverse area, our practices working together means we can share resources to provide greater range and higher quality services to meet the health demands of our community.
